Getting started
Credits: what they are and how to top up
How you pay for work, how to see what's left, and what happens if you run out.
Everything Day Shift makes is paid for in credits. 1,000 credits = US$10.
Seeing what you have
Your credits left are near the top of the left-hand menu. Click them for the full picture: what you've used this month, and when credits were added.
Knowing the price before you start
- Every campaign brief shows Estimated credits before anything is made.
- You can give each campaign a credit budget. The plan always fits inside it.
- Steps that cost more than your limits ask before they run (see How involved do you want to be?).
Topping up
For now, credits are added by the Day Shift by Teamscal team. Get in touch and they'll be added to your agency, usually the same day.
If you run out
Nothing is lost. New campaigns and guides wait, and a running campaign pauses before its next step. As soon as credits are added it carries on by itself.
Good to know: Credits pay for making the work. Money you spend on ads (Meta, TikTok, Google) is separate and paid to those platforms.
