Getting started

Finding your way around

The left-hand menu, and what each page is for.

Everything lives in the menu down the left-hand side. On a phone, tap the menu button at the top left to open it.

The menu, top to bottom

  • Your agency's name. If you work for more than one, click it to switch.
  • Credits left. How much you have to spend. Click it to see your credits.
  • Home. Your starting point: what's waiting on you, what's being made, your latest campaigns and clients.
  • Actions. Everything that needs a person: questions, approvals, sign-offs. The number shows how many are waiting.
  • Campaigns. Every campaign, with where each one is up to.
  • Clients. Every client. Open one to see their Client Guide, files, campaigns and more.
  • Assets. Every file, image, video and press release, in one place.
  • Settings. Your agency's name and voice, people, quality checks and credits.
  • Help. This manual, and Ask a question when you can't find something.

Light or dark

Click your name at the bottom of the left-hand menu and choose Light, Dark or Auto (Auto follows your computer's setting). It's remembered on that browser.

Stuck?

Click Help in the left-hand menu. Search for what you want to do, or press Ask a question and type it in your own words, like you'd ask a colleague. The answer comes from this manual, step by step.

The one rule that makes it easy

If something needs you, it shows up in Actions, on Home, and on the campaign itself, usually with an email as well. If nothing is waiting, there's nothing you need to do.

A client's page

Open a client and you'll see tabs across the top:

  • Overview: anything waiting on you for this client, and a summary.
  • Client Guide: the facts about them. See The Client Guide.
  • Products & services: what they sell. See Products & services.
  • Audiences: who they're for, and their competitors. See Audiences and competitors.
  • Files: everything you've given us about them. See Files.
  • Campaigns: their campaigns.
  • Press: press releases.
  • Brand: logos, colours, fonts, voice and permissions. See Brand.
Still stuck? Ask in your own words and we’ll answer from the manual. Ask a question
