Every part explained
While a campaign is being made
The steps, what each one does, and where to watch.
After you accept the brief, the team works through these steps. The campaign page shows each one, ticked off as it goes, and refreshes itself.
- Research: what's working right now for clients like this one.
- Concepts: the ideas and what each picture shows.
- Copy: captions, the words on each image, alt text and calls to action.
- Images: every picture, made at full size. You see them before they're used.
- Final images: keeps the ones you're happy with; remakes only what you asked to change.
- Design: lays out every post in the brand's look, in every size.
- Video: turns each post into a short vertical video, with music.
- Ads, email, web and print: if you asked for them.
- Quality checks: every post checked against the brief, the Client Guide and our rules.
- Campaign folder: everything ready to download.
Good to know: A step that our quality check isn't happy with is fixed and checked again before you see it. If it still isn't right, it comes to you with a plain-English explanation and suggested instructions.
If something goes wrong
You'll see a message at the top of the campaign with Try again. It picks up from where it stopped; nothing finished is redone.
